"We found this company on the Property Care Association website and decided to use this company because of the professional criteria they had to meet to be a member. We needed a wall tie and damp survey. The surveyor was the only one who removed the mortar from the brick to inspect the wall tie where others just said a house this old should have the wall ties replaced. As it happened the wall ties were basically OK with minor corrosion after 83 years and the only advice was to have a further inspection in 5 years time, this saved us a considered amount of money because if we had followed the advice from other companies we would have spent money unnecessarily. The surveyor supplied us with a report for the wall tie survey . The surveyor inspected the damp and informed me that it was water ingress and not condensation as I first thought . He made recommendations of the minor works that I needed to do backed up with a report with the advice to monitor the damp wall and should the salt ingress not go they would give me a quote for the work to be done, this was e mailed to me the very next day. I would have no hesitation in using this company again as it was very refreshing to deal with a company that was so professional and had the customers best interests at heart."
